The NXP form comes in sextuplicate (6 copies). The Exporter’s Bank (the bank where you returned the NXP form to) will keep the original copy and forward the remaining 5 copies of the NXP Form together with a copy of the NESS Administration fee Receipt, to the Pre-shipment inspection Agent (Neroli Technologies) Area Office nearest to the point of inspection.
