Dr. Musbahu M. Bashir is the Chairman of Althani Group of Companies, and Cobalt International Services Limited since 2004. He has vast experience of more than two decades in General Management, Leadership and Engineering. He has attained several certifications from high profile institutions like, American University, London, Harvard Business School, USA.He is a Director in the following companies: Jaiz Bank Plc, Bento Drill Nigeria Limited, Offshore Technologies International Limited, and Resource Capital Group. Alhaji Bashir worked with Hammad Development Facilities and Jadai Diversified Services.

Mr. Oludare Elegbe is a highly experienced and dynamic professional with over 18 years of expertise spanning business analysis, business process optimization, project management, financial management, and regulatory compliance in both public and private organizations across 3 continents, Africa, Europe and North America. As pioneer Managing Director of Neroli Technologies and Chief Operating Officer of Neroli Technologies International, Mr. Elegbe brings a unique blend of technical, strategic, and leadership skills essential for developing and overseeing large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency in a competitive and regulated environment.
Oludare holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nigeria’s premier University, the University of Ibadan, a Masters Degree in Business and Commercial Law from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom and is a member of the Nigerian Bar, International Institute of Business Analysis. He has supported projects on behalf of the Government of Canada, London Borough Councils, multiple IOCs and the Federal Government of Nigeria. He holds several certifications in Risk Management, Information Systems Audits, Project Management and Regulatory Compliance.

Ms. Chawla is a seasoned administrative leader with a strong background in human resources, bringing over 20 years of experience in managing complex organizational structures and administrative functions. As General Manager of Administration, she excels at optimizing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and fostering a positive work culture. Her expertise in HR management ensures that all administrative practices align with the company’s strategic goals and support employee development and engagement leveraging a people-first approach and combining administrative acumen with HR expertise to create a productive, compliant, and collaborative work environment.

Mr Bashir is an experienced and professional Accountant with track record of dependability, reconciliation, financial Analysis and budgeting,he has skilled in financial reporting, Capital project Accounting Analysis, financial software and Excel.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Bayero University Kano,a post graduate diploma in project management and proficiency award in facility management from Global institute of project management,He is a member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria as Chartered National Accountant (CNA), Member of Chartered institute of forensic And certified froud exeminers of Nigeria as Chartered Certified forensic Accountant (CCrFA) and member of Global institute of project management as a Chartered project manager ( AGIPM, CPM)
